About Us

What is Network?

Network is the final youth section of Scouting.  You can join from 17.5 and stay until your 25th Birthday.  You don't have to be a leader, or a Scout already and new members, both male and female are always welcome!

What do you do?

We do loads of things!  We have a weekly programme that runs every Monday night of the year (unless it falls on Christmas or New Year!) some of our latest Monday night programmes have included, Scavenger hunt, meatball making night, Careers night, Cinema visits, Giant snack making and loads more!  We also run the Duke of Edinburgh Award as a Network too!

Network try and get away on day trips from time to time as well.  We have been to Hyde Parks Winder Wonderland, Micro lighting, on Monopoly runs and to a photo shoot to name a few!

We also like to get away as often as we can.  Whether we are helping at an event, on a National Network gathering or just going away ourselves, you can guarantee you will have an awesome time!  

Some of our recent camps include: a weekend in Disneyland Paris, Derbyshire Networks Alton Towers Camp, a Canal Boat weekend and a weekend helping out at a County Cub Day

In the next few months we are planning on, going to Twickenham to watch a rugby match, some of us will be going to Kenya on an Explorer Belt Expedition, going back to Disneyland Paris, going to Ferny Crofts for a summer camp and back to Alton Towers!

History

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away.... sorry wrong story!

The Adrenaline Network was first formed in April 2003. At first we comprised mainly of the old 9th Erith Venture Scout unit but we are now a mixture of all the 18-25 year olds in the Erith and Crayford District.

We are a really active Network and love getting about, doing things, and having lots of fun!
